Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Herring - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beetroot, carrot, potato, and eggs. While the main ingredients are boiling, we prepare the herring. Cut off the head and tail, remove the skin, and take out the bones.
Step 2
Now we can start chopping. Dice the onion and herring into small cubes. Cool the boiled vegetables and eggs, then peel them. Grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Transfer all the prepared ingredients, except for the beetroot, into a large convenient bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add mayonnaise.

Mix everything well.
Step 5
Take a flat dish and arrange our salad in the shape of a dragon.
Step 6
On top, place the beetroot and shape it to resemble the contours of a dragon.
Step 7
Now comes the most challenging part: transforming our shape into a dragon. Here, you can let your imagination run wild with the decoration.

I cut the ears and spikes from cheese, the legs from cucumber, the eyes and nostrils from peas, the horns from onion, and all other decorations are made with mayonnaise.
