- Cream of Norwegian Herring - 1 piece
- Yellow Beets - 2 pieces
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Eel - 7.1 oz
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the Norwegian herring into fillets and slice them. Boil the beets without peeling them, then cool and peel. Slice them into rounds and gently mix with half of the vegetable oil.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the orange and reduce it with sugar until thickened, then cool and mix with the remaining vegetable oil.
Step 3
Place the beet slices on the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro, and top with herring slices. Drizzle the dish with orange dressing and garnish with onion rings.
