Herring and Egg Pizza
Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - 10.6 oz
- Herring - 8.8 oz
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Marjoram - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the herring fillet in a bowl and cover it with cold water to reduce the saltiness.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into strips and the peeled tomatoes into slices.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, brush it with oil, and lay the cheese strips on top. Cover with tomatoes and herring fillet, sprinkling with marjoram. Add salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle the pizza with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes. Then crack the eggs on top of the pizza and bake for another 5 minutes until the egg whites are set.
