Cut the cleaned herring into pieces, and slice the vegetables and apple into thin slices.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce; for this, mash the yolk of a hard-boiled egg with salt, mustard, and oil, adding the oil in small portions to achieve a thick sauce. Then add vinegar.
Step 3
