- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Herring - 7.1 oz
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Carefully clean the pickled herring from bones and cut it into thin pieces.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes, let them cool, and cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Boil the green beans in salted water.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, removing the pulp beforehand.
Step 5
Combine the herring with the beans and potatoes.
Step 6
Boil the eggs hard, separate the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the whites and mix them with the fish and vegetables.
