- Fillet of Sturgeon - 17.6 oz
- Potato - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 10.6 oz
- Mustard Greens - 0.7 oz
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots and potatoes until cooked, then dice them. Similarly, chop the cucumbers and apples, and finely chop the onion. Cut the herring fillet into small slices.
Step 2
Boil the eggs in boiling water for hard-boiled eggs, which will take 10 minutes. Chop 3 eggs into cubes and slice 1 egg for garnish.
Step 3
Mix everything together, except for a few slices of herring and eggs. Dress with mayonnaise and mustard, adding vinegar and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Arrange the salad on an oval platter and garnish with pieces of herring and eggs.
