- Apple - 2 pieces
- Herring - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces

- Leek - to taste
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
- Shallot - 0.1 oz
- Shallot - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the mayonnaise: whisk the mustard with the egg yolks using a mixer, add a pinch of salt, white pepper, and gradually add the vegetable oil a little at a time; add a bit of lemon juice at the end. The mayonnaise is ready. Dice the apple into small cubes and add it to the mayonnaise, along with finely chopped shallots, green onions, dill, and grated eggs. Add salt, white pepper, and mix well.
Step 2
Add a little mayonnaise dressing to the chopped carrots and mix. Do the same with the potatoes and beets.
Step 3
Dice the herring into small cubes.
Step 4
Layer the carrots through the ring, then add the herring, continue with the potatoes, place another layer of herring on top, and finish with beets.
Step 5
Garnish the salad with finely chopped green onions, and you can also sprinkle pomegranate seeds around it.
