- Onion - 1 head
- Herring - 14.1 oz
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Beetroot - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 4 pieces

- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz

Step 1
Boil all the vegetables and eggs, then peel them. On a large plate, layer the diced herring as the first layer. Top it with finely chopped onion. For the third layer, grate the potatoes.
Step 2
Evenly spread a layer of mayonnaise over the entire potato layer. The fifth layer should consist of grated carrots. Then, add another layer of mayonnaise. Next, add a layer of grated eggs. Follow with another layer of mayonnaise. For the ninth layer, spread grated beets. The tenth layer should again be mayonnaise. Carefully smooth it out with a knife.
