- Egg white - 0.7 oz
- Beetroot - 1.6 oz
- Whole egg - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and beets, then peel and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Finely chop the lightly salted herring.
