Herring Under a Fur Coat with Nuts

Ingredients

Herbs - 1 bunch
Scallions - 1.8 oz
Mayonnaise - to taste
Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
Onion - 1 head
Beetroot - 1 piece
Apple - 1 piece
Walnuts - 1.1 oz
Herring - 8.8 oz
Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Salt - to taste
White Pepper (whole) - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes and beetroot, let them cool, and grate them on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Pour boiling water over the onion and grate it on a fine grater.

Step 3

Layer the salad with potatoes, chopped herring, onion, beetroot, and grated egg white. Then lightly spread mayonnaise over the salad. Add the next layers: chopped walnuts, apple, grated yolk, and again beetroot. Drizzle with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
