Ingredients
- Hibiscus - a pinch
- Ginger Green Wine - 0 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves - 3 oz
- Raspberry gin - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Sparkling water - 3 fl oz
- Ice - 5.3 oz
- Ginger - 0.1 oz
- Lime - 0.7 oz
- Oranges - 0.7 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 150 ml of cold water over the hibiscus and place it over low heat to warm up, but do not bring it to a boil.
Step 2
In a pitcher, combine tea, ginger and lemon juice, 70g of raspberries, raspberry syrup, and ice.
Step 3
Pour in the sparkling water, gently stir, pour into glasses, and garnish with slices of ginger, lemon, and orange, along with raspberries and powdered sugar.
