- Coarse Salt - 17.6 oz
- Kvass sediment - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the coarse salt and kvass sediment (the residue from bread kvass or liquid rye dough made from flour and water) in equal proportions.
Step 2
Place the mixture in a fireproof skillet or any other oven-safe dish and bake until completely hardened. Grind the finished salt in a mortar and use it with fresh vegetables and Easter eggs.
