Description
You can substitute Dijon mustard with regular mustard. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It is preferable to blend the mixture with a blender for a more tender patty flavor.

- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the onion on a coarse grater and the garlic clove on a fine grater. Add the onion, garlic, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the ground beef. Mix well.
