- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - ½ glasses
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - ½ glasses
- Breadcrumbs - ½ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the chicken fillet into 3 cm pieces, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Coat the pieces of fillet in flour.
Step 4
Dip the pieces of fillet coated in flour into the egg.
Step 5
Coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil well. Place the breaded chicken pieces in the pan. The vegetable oil should completely cover the nuggets.
Step 7
Sear the fillet slices until golden brown, making sure to cook them on all sides!

Place on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
