Description
This is an original recipe, but with some adjustments and additions from me. The proportions of the ingredients are also mine. I saved this here so I wouldn't forget, as I really liked the recipe. The cottage cheese should be soft; otherwise, the spread will not taste good. It should be similar to 1.8% fat cottage cheese, but I do not recommend buying that one as it contains too many additives. Although I used to really like that cottage cheese. That's it — our Almette-style cottage cheese spread with dill and cucumber is ready! It can be spread on bread or used in the preparation of other dishes.
Ingredients
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 6.3 oz
- Celery stalk - 1 stalk
- Courgette - ½ piece
- Dill - 4 sprigs
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cucumber and celery into small pieces. Although this is to your taste, everything will be finely chopped in the blender.
Step 2
Place the cottage cheese, softened margarine or butter (if it's just from the fridge, it won't mix well; I usually melt it in the microwave), chopped cucumber, celery, and dill into the blender, add salt, and blend.
