Description
Classic homemade cutlets. For a lighter texture, use fresh white bread instead of breadcrumbs. If you don’t have an oven, cover the cutlets with a lid after they have browned and reduce the heat — they will stay juicy. The perfect companion for these cutlets is mashed potatoes.
