- Onion - 1 piece
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, sift the flour into a mound on the table, make a well in the center, crack the egg into it, and pour in the water. Add salt and knead a firm dough.
Step 2
Mix the grated onion with the ground beef and spices. It is advisable to use only salt and pepper to avoid an excess of different flavors. The filling is ready.
Step 3
After the dough has rested in a warm place for about 20 minutes (while we prepare the filling), roll it out into a thin layer.
Step 4
Cut out circles or squares with a cutter—whichever is more convenient—and wrap them around the meat.
Step 5
Freeze. Boil, fry, or steam.
