  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
