Ingredients

  • Pike - 17.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vinegar essence - 3 fl oz
  • Safflower Oil - 5 fl oz
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish Oil - 1 teaspoon

Clean the fish from scales and entrails.

Remove the heads from the fish. Rinse well under running water.

Cut off the tails and fins with kitchen scissors.
