Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the ground meat with salt, knead it, add cumin and spices. Then shape it onto wooden skewers into small sausages, lightly coat in flour (to prevent splattering in the pan), and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
When serving, carefully remove the skewers and sprinkle with pickled onions and herbs.
