  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the oil into a container (you can use any oils you like). Add salt, pepper, mustard, and vinegar (can be replaced with lemon juice), and crack the egg.

Step 2

Submerge the blender into the mixture so that the egg is inside.

Step 3

Pressing the blender to the bottom, turn it on to high speed and blend.
