- Pork Neck - 17.6 oz
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Pork fat - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat and pat it dry, then cut it into strips.
Step 2
Cut the pork fat into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the onion into several parts.
Step 4
Peel the garlic.
Step 5
Rinse and dry the basil.
Step 6
Grind the meat and pork fat together with the onion, garlic, and basil.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Then add the eggs, spices, and cheese to the minced meat. Grind again.
