  • Pork fat - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
  • Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
