- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Egg noodles for wok - 3.5 oz
- Pad Thai Sauce - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the seafood: mussels, shrimp, squid.
Step 2
Prepare the peppers, removing seeds from the bell pepper and chili.
Step 3
Sauté the peppers in olive oil and add mini corn, simmering with the lid on, steaming the ingredients for better flavor and health benefits.
Step 4
Cook the noodles in the seafood broth with added soy sauce until nearly done.
Step 5
When the vegetables are almost ready, add the seafood and garlic, and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Add the noodles and sauce, mix well for a couple of minutes, and serve.
Step 7
Top with chopped red onion and crushed walnuts.
