Description
Pasta flour can be substituted with pizza flour.
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 19.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Whole egg - 0.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flour and salt into a food processor with a metal blade. Beat the eggs and yolks in a separate bowl, pour a third of the mixture into the processor, and blend.
Step 2
While the processor is running, add the oil and the remaining eggs through the funnel in the lid of the processor. Use enough eggs so that the dough crumbles. Do not add too much.
Step 3
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
