- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Pasta shells - 3.5 oz
- Ocean salt - 0.3 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0 oz
- 10% cream - 2 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Canned Truffles - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce separately. Sauté the sage leaves in butter, add milk and cream, season with salt and pepper, and reduce to a smooth consistency.
Step 3
Mix with the pasta, place in a cheese mold, stir, and serve on a plate.
