- Wheat Flour - 3 glasses
- Pork Blood - 14.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 14.1 oz

- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the milk over low heat until it reaches room temperature.
Step 2
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Step 3
Melt the butter over low heat.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the egg with salt and sugar.
Step 5
In the egg mixture, add the milk with the dissolved yeast and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Add the melted butter and mix again.
Step 8
Knead the mixture with your hands, adding flour as needed (to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands).
Step 9
Place the dough in a container greased with a small amount of vegetable oil, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest in a warm place for one hour.
Step 10
Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces and boil in a small amount of water, adding a whole peeled onion.
Step 11
Sauté the cabbage in vegetable oil with added salt and pepper, without adding tomatoes.
Step 12
Mix the pork and cabbage together, adding spices to taste.
Step 13
Shape the dough into roughly equal-sized circles, place the filling in the center of each, and seal the edges.
Step 14
Preheat the oven to 392°F, line a baking tray with parchment paper, and brush it with vegetable oil.
Step 15
Place the pastries on a baking sheet and brush each one with beaten egg.
Step 16
Place the pastries in the oven until they develop a golden brown crust.
