Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Water - 9 fl oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.1 oz
  • Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • 33% Cream - 6 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Broccoli - 2.5 oz
  • Courgette - 1.8 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Pesto - 2.5 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Mix room temperature water, 8 grams of salt, and 2 tablespoons of flour.

Step 3

Add the yeast and sugar to the mixture. Stir again.

Step 4

Incorporate the remaining flour and knead the dough. The dough can be kneaded by hand or using a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment.

Step 5

Finally, add 15 ml of olive oil.

Step 6

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl greased with olive oil. Cover it with plastic wrap or a damp towel and leave it in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Step 7

To make the dough light and airy, it's important to knead it correctly. For this, take the dough in both hands from the middle and lift it (it should fold in half). Next, slap it down onto the table. Rotate it 90 degrees, lift it again, and slap it down. Repeat this process until the dough easily lifts away from the surface of the table.

Step 8

Divide the dough into two balls. Place them in a deep baking tray or a container coated with olive oil. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.

Step 9

For the sauce, heat the butter in a skillet along with the cream. Simmer for a few minutes over low heat.

Step 10

Add grated Parmesan cheese and garlic, pressed through a garlic press, to the sauce. Melt the cheese completely, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.

Step 11

Rinse the broccoli and cut it into florets. Slice the stalks thinly.

Step 12

Slice the zucchini into thin rounds. If the zucchini is large, cut it in half lengthwise first.

Step 13

From the prepared dough, shape the patties by hand, stretching the dough from the center to the edges with your fingers.

Step 14

Spread the creamy sauce over the dough, then add broccoli and zucchini. Top the vegetables with mozzarella balls. Bake the pizza at 446°F (450 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5–10 minutes, until it is beautifully golden.

Step 15

Once the pizza is ready, spread pesto on top and serve, garnished with basil leaves.
