Homemade pizza with chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3 pieces
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Knorr Delikate Seasoning - to taste
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and onion. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the fillet into small cubes. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet. Sauté the fillet with salt, pepper, and seasoning until lightly golden (10–15 minutes over medium heat).
Step 2
Mix salt, flour, and yeast.
Step 3
Combine 125 ml of warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 4
Slowly pour the water and oil mixture into the dry ingredients. Knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. Add more flour if necessary. Roll the dough into a ball.
Step 5
Place the dough ball in a bowl and coat it with the second tablespoon of olive oil on all sides.
Step 6
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for 40–60 minutes. The dough should rise at least twice its size.
Step 7
Once the dough has risen, knead it for 1–2 minutes. Roll it out into a flat shape.
Step 8
Optionally, cut a neat circle from the rolled-out dough.
Step 9
Mix mayonnaise with pepper and ketchup. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Mix everything well.
Step 10
Spread this mixture over the pizza dough. Top with the prepared fillet.
Step 11
Add the mushrooms and onion in rings.
Step 12
On top of the onion, place rings of tomato (I also sprinkled dried basil) and then top with grated cheese.
Step 13
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Bake the pizza for 15–20 minutes. You can turn on the grill for 1–2 minutes to make the crust nicely browned.
