- Water - 1 glass
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

- Parsley - 3 bunches
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pork, pat it dry, and cut it into pieces. Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
In a sufficiently deep skillet, heat vegetable oil, add the pieces of pork, and fry over high heat until golden brown (approximately 5 minutes).
Step 3
Add the onion to the meat, stir, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste, add whole peppercorns and flour, mix thoroughly, and continue frying for about 3 minutes.
