  • Vegetable Oil - 13 fl oz

Place the yolks (2 raw and 2 boiled), mustard, salt, and sugar in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer.

Step 2

While continuing to beat, start pouring the sunflower oil in a thin stream.

Step 3

After adding the oil, add the water.

Step 4

Add the lemon juice. Beat well.
