- Pumpkin - 15.9 oz

Remove the seeds and discard or save them for other dishes.

Drizzle the flesh of the pumpkin with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Place the pumpkin cut side down and roast on a baking sheet at 200˚C until tender, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Step 4
Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
