Homemade Sausages with Cream and Garlic

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 26.5 oz
  • Veal Tenderloin - 26.5 oz
  • Pork fat - 17.6 oz
  • Garlic - 10 pieces
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • 10% cream - 7 fl oz

Rinse the pork and cut it into large cubes.

Do the same with the beef.

Cut the pork fat into small slices.

Grind the meat and fat together. Add salt.
