Homemade Sausages with Cream and Garlic
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 26.5 oz
- Veal Tenderloin - 26.5 oz
- Pork fat - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 10 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pork and cut it into large cubes.
Step 2
Do the same with the beef.
Step 3
Cut the pork fat into small slices.
Step 4
Peel the garlic.
Step 5
Rinse and dry the basil.
Step 6
Peel the onion and cut it into 2–4 pieces.
Step 7
Grind the meat and fat together. Add salt.
Step 8
Grind the herbs with the onion and garlic through a meat grinder.
Step 9
Mix the minced meat, adding cream, and grind it again. Attach the sausage stuffing nozzle, put the casing on it, and stuff the minced meat into the casing.
Step 10
Finally, tie the ends of the casing with knots.
Step 11
You can fry the sausages on a grill pan or using a barbecue setup.
