- Pork tenderloin - 9.7 oz
- Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Udon Noodles - 9.7 oz
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Greens - 1.2 oz
- Bamboo shoots - 12 pieces

Preheat the oven to 428°F. Place the pork on a baking sheet and brush with barbecue sauce. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes, drizzle with honey and roast for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into thin pieces.
Step 2
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and divide into 2 bowls. Bring the broth to a boil, add the chopped green onions and greens, and let it sit for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Pour the broth over the noodles and top with the meat and bamboo shoots.
