This is a great marinade for chicken and pork. You can also drizzle this marinade over green salad, coleslaw, boiled broccoli, and cauliflower.

- Honey - 2½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - ¼ cup
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, vinegar, and olive oil. Season with pepper.

Place the meat in the marinade, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 1–3 hours.
