Description
A rich and spicy sauce that plays on the contrast of salty and sweet. It can be added wherever an Asian touch is welcome: in noodle salads, Thai beef salads, and shrimp salads. Even simple grated beets or a garden salad of cucumbers and tomatoes with a hard-boiled egg will significantly benefit from such a pairing.
Ingredients
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 spoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the oil into a jar with a screw-top lid, add the spices, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Dissolve the honey in soy sauce.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a screw-top lid.
Step 4
Close the jar with a lid and shake it well (you can even dance a little) until all the ingredients are combined.
