- Mayonnaise - 8.5 oz
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Natural Yogurt - 2½ tablespoons
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Tarragon - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Horseradish Leaves - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
