Description
You might think that a good thing wouldn't be called horseradish sauce for nothing. In fact, this condiment is a brilliant sauce for fish and meat appetizers; horseradish sauce can also become part of borscht, cabbage soup, or any vegetable or meat soup, adding just the right level of spiciness. The recipe comes from Siberia, where they prepare horseradish sauce in large batches during the summer and preserve it in jars for the winter. These are select vitamins from the sparse northern nature; one just needs to be diligent and prepare them in advance.
