  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Tiger shrimp in brine - 6 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.4 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
  • White Balsamic Cream - 0.2 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the shrimp in olive oil for 3 minutes on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add garlic and bell pepper to the shrimp, and sauté for another minute, covered.

Step 3

Boil the egg 'soft-boiled'.

Step 4

Place the arugula on plates.

Step 5

Slice the avocado, drizzle with lemon, and add it to the arugula.

Add the quartered egg — it beautifully spreads over the salad.
