Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Pork tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
- Leek - ½ bunch
- Sourdough Bread - 2 slices
- Dried Dill Stems - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the lettuce leaves from the head and cut off the bottom part, crush the leaves by hand and place them on a plate.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumbers into half-moons.
Step 3
It's time to sauté the leek and bell pepper. Sauté in a large amount of oil over high heat until the onion is golden, transfer to a colander, and let the oil drain. Then add to the vegetables.
Step 4
Slice the meat into thin pieces and pound it. Fry over high heat with black pepper and salt until medium doneness (so the meat remains juicy). Let it cool slightly, slice it into thin strips, and arrange it beautifully on top of the vegetables.
Step 5
Cut the bread into large cubes and toast them over medium heat, sprinkling with dill, without oil, stirring frequently until the bread is golden and dry. Arrange the croutons around the salad.
Step 6
Sprinkle with pepper and dress with soy sauce.
