Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 17.6 oz
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1 jar
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion, add the ground meat, crush the garlic clove, add the broth, salt, pepper, and cook for 10 minutes. Then add sour cream and lemon juice to taste.
Step 3
Pour the finished sauce over the drained pasta. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
