  • Pork fat - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Broth - 1 cup
  • Sour Cream - 1 jar
  • Dill - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the fat and fry it in a pan with finely chopped onion until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces, mix with the sliced bell pepper and the fried fat.

Step 3

Pour in the broth or water, add salt, stew until cooked, stir in the lightly fried flour, and stew a little longer. When serving, add sour cream and dill.
