- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Safflower Oil - 12 fl oz
- Pork fat - 8.8 oz
- Scallions - 5 stalks
- Dill - 5 stalks
- Ketchup - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat (without tendons) into equal portions. Prepare the egg wash - break one egg, add pepper mix and salt.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan, add sunflower oil, and start frying. Dip a piece of meat in the egg wash, then in flour, and rub with garlic. Fry until the meat is well cooked. Fry the pork fat.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel. Arrange the potatoes on a serving plate, followed by a piece of the cutlet and a piece of fried pork fat.
Step 4
Garnish with a bouquet of greens made from green onions and dill. Place it between the potatoes and meat. Decorate the potatoes beautifully with ketchup in the form of drops.
