Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 head
- White bread - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 7 tablespoons
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Malt Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Remove the crust from the bread and rub the bread (without crust) with garlic.
Step 3
Tear the bread into small pieces, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with approximately 2 tablespoons of olive oil (adjust to your taste), and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Step 4
Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce. Tear it into small pieces and place it in a deep salad bowl.
Step 5
Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Step 6
Cut the avocado, remove the pit, slice the avocado, and place it on the iceberg leaves, then add the croutons and bacon.
Step 7
Make the dressing: mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Pour it over the salad and toss.
