Description

Sparkling, cold, and snowy. Thanks to the playful bubbles of champagne (or any other sparkling wine), it perfectly quenches both the anticipation of the magical New Year celebration and ordinary thirst.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Liqueur - 6 fl oz
  • Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 12 fl oz
  • Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 4 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 fl oz
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine - 25 fl oz
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine - 12 fl oz
  • Grapefruits - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the liqueur, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and syrup into the blender bowl.

Step 2

Mix, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

Just before serving, pour the chilled mixture into the punch bowl.

Step 4

Slowly pour in very cold champagne and mineral water from the top and stir.

Step 5

Garnish with any seasonal fruits.
