Description
I recommend using a non-stick baking sheet or, if using a regular baking sheet, place parchment paper underneath the potatoes.

- New Potatoes - 10 pieces
- Olive Oil - 10 fl oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- TABASCO® - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly (no need to peel), cut them lengthwise into eight wedges, and place them in a pot with cold salted water.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes. Drain the water and set the potatoes aside to cool.
Step 3
Combine olive oil with finely chopped herbs, the sauce, and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer, dipping the wedges in the mixture first.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
