Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 7.1 oz
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 4 pieces
- Lemon - to taste
- Red Caviar - 4 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until ready. Let it cool.
Step 2
Place it on a plate.
Step 3
Cut the fish into cubes and place it on the rice.
Step 4
Slice the cucumber into strips. Arrange it on top.
Step 5
Add the cream cheese with a tablespoon.
Step 6
Cut the seaweed into strips. To prevent tearing, wet the knife with cold water before cutting.
Step 7
Arrange everything on the plate.
Step 8
Garnish with red caviar, herbs, and a slice of lemon.
