Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Cream - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Brandy - 2 teaspoons
  • Eel - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into thin rings and the bell pepper into slices. Sauté in vegetable oil, adding salt.

Step 2

Thoroughly rinse the liver and boil for 10-15 minutes. Then add to the onion mixture and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Step 3

To prepare the sauce, whip the cream with brandy, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Place the liver with vegetables on the lettuce leaves and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
