- Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Shrimp - ½ teaspoon
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 8 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter - 6 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Sambal Oelek Paste - ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes, stirring until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Step 2
Heat the peanut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shrimp paste. Sauté for 1 minute, stirring until the paste dissolves.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the lemon juice, and bring to a boil.
