Ingredients
- Barbecue sauce - 14.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 20 pieces
- Cauliflower - ¼ head
- Peanut Sprouts - 2 cups
- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide

Prepare the peanut sauce.
Step 2
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Place them in the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the sliced carrots, beans (after trimming the ends), and cauliflower broken into small florets. Cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard. Cool them under cold water, peel, and cut into quarters.
Step 5
Add the finely shredded white cabbage and bean sprouts. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the water and rinse under cold water.
Step 7
Serve the salad on plates, top with eggs, and drizzle with peanut sauce.
