Description
The kidneys, meat, and beetroot should be boiled in advance. This will take about 2.5 hours.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Beef - 7.1 oz
- Beef Kidneys - 3.5 oz
- Green Peas - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Eel - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spinach - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until light golden. Slice the boiled beef, coat it in flour, season with salt and pepper, and sauté it in oil as well.
Step 2
Peel the boiled beetroot and grate it on a coarse grater. Finely chop the boiled beef kidneys.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients: meat, kidneys, beetroot, onion, and green peas. Dress with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with lettuce and spinach.
